Vintage or Antique clock purchased in Belgium heavy weights! Ornate Dutch?

I bought this at an antique flea market @13 yrs ago, in Bruges, Belgium. My poor husband got to carry these heavy weights lol they might be 3 to 5 pounds apiece and there’s two of them! It doesn’t sound that bad, but believe me, hauling these around in a backpack gets old! And warning if you take it on a plane, security will always stop you cause they don’t know what the heck these weights are lol I don’t know anything about this clock. A little research, I find similar ones that say they are Dutch. No idea if it works, one chain isn’t moving through the hole and I don’t want to pull too hard to break it. Hopefully somebody else knows more, so this is “as is” condition please ask questions and look at photos. Thank you! Oh! And the dust is free! Well I’ll wipe it down before I send.
